We've curated a course with the woman of color in mind. We know just how hard it is to get a full overview of doing makeup for all skin tones, and realize that there are unique characteristics and attributes when it comes to ethnic skin.
From color correction, to concealing dark marks on fair skin, to finding and matching your undertone; if you've found woring with ethnic skin challenging, this is the course for you!
6 WEEK MAKEUP ARTISTRY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - IN CLASS
Our 6-week Makeup Artistry Development Program is designed with the freelancer in mind. It's primary focus is geared towards mentorship and artistry development. If you've taken any of our online courses, this is the perfect practical extension with supervision. Our program is as unique as you are, and our faculty are incredible visionaries. Realizing that the beauty industry is vast and it can be difficult to navigate when coming out of post secondary, we help you to create your own opportunities. Our 6 week course is well rounded and includes one-on-one hands on training, video conferencing, portfolio and kit building.
Here's what you can expect:
- 2 hour classes per week
- beauty fundamentals with an emphasis on bridal/glamour makeup applications
- class sizes of 2 - 4 students
- lifetime access to online video tutorials
- kit building/ shopping experience (*optional)
- online resources and resume building
Endless opportunities exist when continuing with the Makeup Mentorship Program. The monthly membership is meant to keep you sharp on your toes through continued education, while meeting you with additional coaching and assistance along the way.
