Ghanaian Pride x Royal Themed Wedding
I honestly could not believe it when the notice came through my inbox.
Essence wanted to feature my actual wedding!! What in the world?
It brought me to tears when I read the article. Reliving our wedding moments through such an incredibly beautifully written piece brought back all of the memories from that day. It sent Andrew and I through a "watch party" of our wedding highlight videos, shot by TimelessTree Weddings. If you are uncertain about whether or not you should book video services for your wedding day? Do it!!! It is absolutely worth it to watch it back in real time. There really is nothing like it. And even though we adore our wedding photos, video captures emotion in its' truest form.
To top it all off, I hired my team to take care of the beauty services for my wedding day (shameless plug). We took turns working on myself and my bridal party, and I couldn't be happier to have DollfaceDredie listed as a vendor on Essence. What a team achievement!
"Two Weddings are Better Than One!"
Then came a second notice from Today's Bride!! They wanted to feature our wedding too, showcasing both our traditional Ghanaian and Western wedding ceremonies.
They even shared some behind the scenes stuff (yeah, it's been a year so now I am ready to share all of the tea with y'all!)
320,000 + Views on Youtube!
We keep celebrating all year! My wedding dance video is still going viral with over 320k views on Youtube! Thank you guys for sharing with your family and friends. We look forward to creating more fantastic moments for you to watch.
This talented team of vendors really brought our vision to life. Yes I'm a DIY'er and I did loads myself, but our wedding wouldn't have been what it was without this successful team!
